	<title>4000 E CHERRY ST Construction - UTILITY INSTALLATION The Traffic Engineering Division has approved the request to close Cherry Street just west of Mumford Drive and also east of Oaks Drive on Monday, May 19th, 2008 beginning at 9:00 pm.  Cherry Street will reopen to traffic by 6:00 am on Tuesday, May 20th, 2008, weather permitting.  The closure is for the installation of a sanitary sewer line and a storm water line across Cherry Street.  Motorists are advised to use Farm Road 132 as an alternate route.  Residents that live between Mumford Drive and the Oaks Drive will need to use Mumford Drive and Farm Road 144 (Catalpa St) as an alternate route. Motorists are advised to use the marked detours at Walnut Street. All businesses on Campbell Avenue, including the College Station Car Park, will remain open during construction. 	<title>2000 E DIVISION ST Construction - ROAD CONSTRUCTION Division Street between Old Orchard Avenue and Nias Avenue will be limited to one travel lane between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm beginning on Monday, April 28, 2008.  The lane closure is for the second phase of the widening of Division Street between US65 and Glenstone Avenue which includes an addition of a center turn lane.  The project is funded by the 1/4 Cent Capital Improvement Program.  The project should be completed by the end of July, weather permitting.  Flaggers will be directing traffic during these hours around the work area using a single lane.  Motorists are advised to use an alternate route.
